Team @ Iguanafix Argentina

Matias Recchia, founder & CEO of Iguanafix, is presenting his company’s case study at Harvard Business School in the picture on the left. Matias is an alum of HBS, who started off at McKinsey and left to join a social gaming start-up in Buenos Aires founded by one of his friends from Harvard. From just having 10 employees in 2010, the company became the largest social gaming company in Latin America, with about 50 million users and 500 employees, and earning $40 million per year. While at Vostu, Recchia met another Argentine, Andrés Bernasconi, with whom he decided to create Iguanafix. The idea came from Recchia's bad experiences with locksmiths, who would never give a price over the phone, but would first go to his apartment to estimate his wealth. The company started providing its services in Argentina. In 2015, they opened offices in Mexico and Brazil, and are now one of the fastest growing tech startups in the region.
