Revelo's recruiting marketplace has gained incredible traction in its core careers and geographies, and now it's time to expand! The Expansion Manager will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, planning and rolling out marketplace expansions into adjacent careers and/or geographies. From defining the key performance indicators for each segment, to creating our very own expansion playbook, she/he will run the show. We expect there to be a lot of interaction with our marketing and sales departments, as the roll-out efforts will depend primarily on those teams. However, we expect the Expansion Manager to be able to provide meaningful feedback to the product and technology teams so we can adapt our offering to the new segments.
