Overview of Marketing @ Springboard

As Springboard connects with prospective students across the globe through their online platform, they’re looking for a operations consultant to join their San Francisco team. They’re after someone who’s a quick learner who can take on the role of handling analytics and reporting.

You’ll also be hands-on in the admissions process, answering queries and driving sales as students’ first point of contact before committing to their chosen course. Ideally, you’ll be pre-MBA with a consulting background and have a can-do attitude, with enthusiasm favored over smarts and skills. Springboard seeks out individuals who are intellectually curious and detail oriented, ready to come in and get to work straight away.

Continuing the startup’s strong culture of learning, the successful candidate will be willing to take a course themselves (at a discounted rate) to better understand the mentoring process and develop a growth mindset. The terms of the contract are flexible, with 15-20 hours initially and the opportunity for permanency considered. They’d prefer someone based in the Bay Area but there is the possibility to work remotely.
