You’ll be tasked with enhancing their end-to-end customer experience by solving complex problems and evaluating the best trade-off between risk, efficiency and cost.
Taking a holistic view of the business, you’ll develop and deploy tests while participating in decision-making processes that will have a direct impact on operation outcomes. Creditas is after someone who can think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions, then work side-by-side with their technology and operations teams to implement them.
You’ll have a command of English and be an Excel expert (with an understanding of SQL preferred) and have the maturity and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across various levels.
