Overview of Director of Sales @ Minu

Tasked with executing the company’s strategic plan to achieve sales targets, MINU is on the lookout for a Director of Sales to join their team in Mexico City. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while drawing on current trends and your understanding of existing client needs to expand the company’s customer base.

Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, selling solutions (such as payroll loans or advances) to HR areas of CDMX-based companies. With a track record of over-fulfilling goals, you’ll bring to the table expertise in commercial systematics and the training of sales resources.

The ideal candidate will have experience assembling and leading high-performance sales teams (from scratch), ensuring the company is well-equipped to meet their sales goals. In addition to proven professional experience, you’ll have a wide network of leaders working in Human Resources positions in medium and large companies. Compensation for this role is variable, based not only on experience but compliance with MINU’s sales objectives.
