Tasked with meeting the company’s sales targets, Yalochat is looking for a Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team in Mumbai. In this senior role, you’ll be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and delivering profitable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.

They’re after someone who has 10-15 years experience in scaling SaaS sales teams (and can scale the team from 2 to 50 in the space of two years), as well as knowing how to work with sub-distributors in other countries. In addition to handling high-performance teams in a variety of destinations, you’ll establish a culture of success while meeting the company’s defined goals.

The ideal candidate will be someone who appreciates the analytical side of sales and draws on this to strategize while being able to respond to the changing demands of a rapidly growing company.
