Integrated with Alexa, “Holly” is designed to streamline a range of tasks for front desks and receptions across the healthcare sector. Aside from managing appointments and handling scheduling, she can also chat with patients via text messaging about their upcoming appointments. By taking charge of confirmations, cancelations and rescheduling (without the need for follow-up phone calls), this innovative AI system is designed to maintain full schedules and enhance practice profits.
Updates are instantly made to the practice’s EHR and calendar, with a full transcript of “Holly’s” easy-to-understand conversations added to appointment notes. Nimblr is on a mission to mitigate cancelations, eliminate no-shows and increase practice revenue while ensuring patients are well taken care of.

Overview of Sales Manager @ Nimblr

Tasked with building Nimblr’s sales function, the company is after an entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of Sales Manager in their Mexico City office. You’ll help to scale the business globally by bringing “Holly” to the market while working cross-functionally with their Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
You’ll be a self-starter with a passion for technology startups and the healthcare sector, with at least two years experience of high-volume, outside cold calling. Ideally, you’ll have an MBA and proven track record in SaaS sales, as well as an outgoing personality and be hungry to succeed. They’re after someone who’s highly successful at closing deals and can contribute to Nimblr’s fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
English fluency is a “must” (no need to speak Spanish), with the role requiring at least a one-year commitment and a willingness to commute between Mexico City and Los Angeles on occasion. In return, you’ll get to be part of an international team of smart and supportive people while being a key player in a startup that’s revolutionizing the healthcare space.
